When secrets updated after last run, then Restart the last run(from fail or from start).
The secrets still be old version not freshed.
Should the config.jsonnet be rerendered in this situation?

By default runs are immutable, the above issue adds an option to recreate them. Until not implemented you should just trigger a new run (reissuing the webhook from your git system).

Pull, Tag, PR are supported in current, I’ll consider to give a PR latter after it be more completable.
